If there’s one thing we all have in common, it’s a love of collecting. But there’s something else we share and that’s been made abundantly clear these past few weeks — it’s a love of our customers, families, friends, coworkers and neighbors. That’s why we at Eaglemoss Hero Collector made the decision to have our employees around the world work safely from home until such time when all of us — colleagues and customers — can once again return to some semblance of normalcy.
With enhanced health and safety protocols firmly in place to safeguard against spread of the COVID-19 virus, we also want to assure you that we presently anticipate no major delays in the shipments of products already in our warehouse to customers in the US, CANADA and MEXICO. Further, we are not experiencing any delays or interruption of service by carriers we use to deliver shipments to you. Our warehouse facilities and personnel are following stringent hygiene guidelines in the handling and packing of products to minimize health risks.
As far as products coming from our manufacturing partners overseas, we anticipate moderate delays as a result of production gradually ramping down after recent closures and potential delays in U.S. Customs clearance.
Our customer service lines and corporate functions remain fully operational to support online store and subscription sign-up sites. We will keep you informed of any delays and changes that may impact your orders.
