Q What delivery options are there?

A We offer a Courier Express Service via Dawn Wing Couriers.

Cost: R65 for 0-3kg door to door delivery. Delivery cost for orders more than R500 is FREE!

Place your order before 10.30am Monday - Friday and receive your order within 2-3 working days for main centers and 3-5 working days for regional (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Public/Bank Holidays)

Once your order has been processed by us, you can contact customer careto obtain the tracking reference which will allow you can track the progress of your order.

You may be called +/- 30 min before the delivery to confirm someone is available to receive the consignment, if no answer, a delivery attempt is still made, if no one is available, a calling card is left to make arrangements for the delivery. A second delivery attempt will be made the following working day, following the same procedure, but no calling card will be left, the consignment will be returned.
